Each organza bag contains 4 different crystals that will be effective in helping with the specific theme of the bag. Get them to help you with your own personal healing or they can also make excellent gifts for that special someone as well.

On the back of each card is a couple of sentences about each crystal and on the inside, the card is blank so if its a gift, you can write a short message for the recipient too (or we can write one for you if you email us to let us know).

This particular bag will contain the following crystals:

ORANGE ARAGONITE
Orange Aragonite is said to allow one to get to the root of all problems and to see and understand the truth behind the illusions. It grounds, centers and stabilises us especially in times of change or in preparation for the state of Meditation. It can give insight and clarity to any situation and can stimulate communication on the higher planes. It enhances one’s patience, reliability and practicality especially during times where major responsibility is required. It increases energy, boosts self-confidence and feelings of self-worth. Physically, Orange Aragonite can be useful in combating chills and bringing warmth to the extremities. It has been known to successfully help with vitamin and mineral deficiencies, help with stress and emotional fatigue and general aches and pains.

GREEN CALCITE
Green calcite promotes a sense of peace and control of one’s life. It balances and calms the emotions and has a beautiful gentle energy. It opens the heart chakra, helping one feel the energy of love and express compassion towards others. It can stimulate the natural healing ability of the physical body. Its beautiful shade of green gives a sense of freshness and vitality to the spirit, helping one release old mental patterns and giving one a new sense of purpose and direction. It can also help one through times of great transition and change. Physically, it can be used in the treatment of blockages in the arteries, rheumatic illness, arthritis, and injuries involving bone and ligament damage. Green calcite can also aid healing following toxic fume inhalation or allergies to toxic chemicals.

GARNET
Garnet is known as the “stone of health” because it turns negative energy from the chakras and transmutes it into positive energy. It has also been known as a “stone of commitment” to purpose, to others and to oneself. It enhances our imagination and allows for love, devotion and compassion. It can be very grounding and supportive, especially during times of change and upheaval. It revitalises, purifies and balances energy, promoting a calming effect and a sense of emotional stability. Due to its passion and vibrancy, it is an excellent stone for manifestation and allowing one to follow through with their goals and ambitions. Physically, it is great for the absorption of vitamins and minerals such as Calcium and Magnesium. It can also be used to treat disorders of the spine, bones, heart, lungs and to help with fertility.

LAVA STONE
Also known as “Basalt”, Lava Stone is an igneous volcanic rock (produced under intense heat) which has solidified from molten lava. It contains the power of fire and is useful in igniting the flames of creativity and passion in our spirit. It gives us the courage to chase our dreams and take on life with a renewed sense of purpose and determination. It is an excellent grounding stone, providing the strength and stability required through times of change. It assists in diminishing the negative aspects of one’s character, promoting positive modifications to one’s behaviour. Due to its porous nature, it has been known to be used in Aromatherapy as an essential oil diffuser. Physically, it can be used in the treatment of the reproductive system and to enhance fertility.

SO HOW DO I USE THESE CRYSTALS TO HELP ME?
Crystals can be used in a variety of ways. Here are some common ways to use crystals:

1. Carry them on you - people put them in their pockets, handbag, bras, or wear them as jewellery (Eg. bracelet), basically anywhere where the crystal will be in the vicinity of your auric field.

2. Place them in your spaces - put them on your desk, by your bedside, under your pillow, or in a room. You can leave your crystals in different places to promote specific energies for example, placing an Amethyst cluster in your living room can help protect and purify the energy in the space.

3. Meditate with them - holding a crystal while Meditating can help to focus your energy and intentions. You can also place crystals around you during Meditation to create a crystal grid to protect and amplify your intentions. 

4. Placing them on specific areas of your body where you want the healing - place the crystal on or near specific areas of the body to promote physical, emotional, or spiritual healing in that target area.

When using your crystals, it's important to remember to cleanse them periodically as they are like batteries and will run out of energy and feel depleted over time. There are many ways to cleanse but the simplest method is to run them under water and then place them under the full moon once a month.
