ORDERS (AUSTRALIAN DESTINATIONS)

  • We DO NOT process orders on public holidays as we are closed. 
  • Because we also operate as a physical store and run off the same inventory, there may be a small likelihood that the item you requested becomes no longer available because it may have just been sold in store.  In the event that the items you ordered suddenly become unavailable, you will be notified and we will offer a full refund or if you wished, we are happy to offer a similar item. 
  • We use Australia post as our preferred postal company and all orders have a tracking number provided as standard.  All parcels WITHOUT signature on delivery (which is the default) will be dropped off at the shipping address provided, regardless if there is a person at home or not.  For safety reasons, if you wish for someone to be present and to sign and account for your package, please make sure you choose and pay for the "signature on delivery" option when checking out.  It is NOT our responsibility if your parcel goes missing after it has been recorded as 'delivered' and you did not choose the signature on delivery option.
  • Signature on delivery is an optional extra at $3.
  • Express post shipping is an optional extra which can be purchased at the checkout.
  • Regular standard shipping (no signature on delivery) for orders is $10. 
  • Express shipping (no signature on delivery) for orders under $99.99 is $17.  Orders $100+ are $21.
  • Crystal singing bowls ARE NOT included in the free shipping offer. 
  • All postage for Crystal singing bowls include insurance + signature on delivery by default.

ORDERS (INTERNATIONAL DESTINATIONS)

  • Because we also operate as a physical store and run off the same inventory, there may be a small likelihood that the item you requested becomes no longer available because it may have just been sold in store.  In the event that the items you ordered suddenly become unavailable, you will be notified and we will offer a full refund or if you wished, we are happy to offer a similar item. 
  • Not everything on our online store will be eligible for shipping overseas.  If the item is visible to you, then it is available for delivery to your country.
  • We use Australia post as our preferred postal company.
  • All parcels are sent via international EXPRESS with tracking and signature on delivery as standard.
  • Our free delivery promotion on orders $100+ is only valid for Australian addresses.  It is NOT valid to international destinations.
  • We only ship to selected international destinations - if you do not see your country in the list, please email us for a quote.
  • As an APPROXIMATE guide of delivery times for express international shipping (including our processing time):
    • New Zealand = 5-10 business days
    • Canada & USA = 5-10 business days
    • Asia = 6-11 business days
  • As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to.  Payment of these maybe necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. Eternal Spirit will not be held liable for any fees or taxes you may incur or if your product is seized by customs. We advise that you are familiar with your package destination's import duty, customs and local sales taxes, as well as it's rules and regulations for importing foreign goods and products. If a delivery attempt has been made and the item was not collected and has been returned to us, you will be required to pay the re-delivery fee and the duty tax for re-import of your goods. If the duty tax is more then the value of the goods, we will abandon the package.

FREE IN-STORE CLICK AND COLLECT

  • You can always choose to pick up your online order in-store for FREE!  However, pick up is only available during shop hours so please check our trading hours beforehand either by website, google or by calling us on 0883612632.
  • As a minimum standard, you will need to present either your ID OR an email confirmation (on paper or phone) when you come in to pick up your order.
  • On the rare occasion, if required, we reserve the right to see a form of ID as well as the credit card that was used in the transaction if our online platform is asking for it.
  • Your order will be held for 14 days as a minimum.  If for some reason, you require a longer time, please call or email us to let us know.
