We do not process orders on public holidays as we are closed.

Because we also operate a physical store and share the same inventory, there is a small chance that an item you ordered becomes unavailable because it was sold in-store just before your order was processed. If this happens, we will notify you and offer a full refund or the option to choose a similar item.

We use Australia Post as our preferred postal company, and all orders come with a tracking number as standard.

Parcels without signature on delivery (the default option) will be dropped off at the shipping address provided, regardless of whether someone is home or not.

For safety, if you want someone to be present to sign for your package, please select and pay for the “signature on delivery” option at checkout.

We are not responsible for lost parcels if you did not select the signature on delivery option and your parcel is marked as ‘delivered’.

Signature on delivery is an optional extra at $6.

Express post shipping is available as an optional extra at checkout.

Regular standard shipping (no signature) costs $15.

Express shipping (no signature) costs $22 for orders under $199 and $27 for orders over $200.

Crystal singing bowls are not included in free shipping offers.

All crystal singing bowl shipments include insurance and signature on delivery by default.

We do not guarantee next day delivery for express orders.

All parcels are sent with a tracking number, which should be emailed to you. If you don’t receive it, please contact us. Tracking info can take up to 48 hours to become visible.

If you provide incorrect address information, we cannot make changes or reroute your order once it has been processed. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by inaccurate address details.

Because we also operate a physical store and share inventory, an item you ordered may become unavailable if sold in-store prior to processing your order. We will notify you and offer a full refund or an alternative item if this occurs.

Not all items are eligible for international shipping. If the item appears on the international site, it is available for shipping to your country.

We use Australia Post for all international shipments.

All international parcels are sent via international EXPRESS with tracking and signature on delivery by default.

Our free delivery promotion on orders over $200 is only valid for Australian addresses and does not apply to international orders.

We ship to selected international destinations only. If your country is not listed, please contact us for a shipping quote.

Recipients are responsible for import duties, customs, and local taxes. These may be required to release your order from customs. Eternal Spirit is not liable for any fees or taxes or if customs seizes your package. Please familiarize yourself with your country’s import regulations.

If a delivery attempt fails and the item is returned to us, you will be responsible for re-delivery fees and duty tax for re-import. If duty tax exceeds the value of the goods, the package will be abandoned.

All international parcels include tracking, which is emailed to you. If you do not receive tracking info, please contact us. It may take up to 48 hours to appear.

FREE IN-STORE CLICK AND COLLECT

You can choose to pick up your online order in-store for free! Pick-up is only available during shop hours—please check our trading hours on the website, Google, or call us on 08 8361 2632.

When collecting, please present either your ID or your email confirmation (printed or on your phone).

Occasionally, we may also ask for the credit card used in the transaction for verification.

Orders will be held for a minimum of 14 days. If you need longer, please contact us in advance.
