Each organza bag contains 4 different crystals that will be effective in helping with the specific theme of the bag. Get them to help you with your own personal healing or they can also make excellent gifts for that special someone as well.
On the back of each card is a couple of sentences about each crystal and on the inside, the card is blank so if its a gift, you can write a short message for the recipient too (or we can write one for you if you email us to let us know).

ORANGE ARAGONITE
Orange Aragonite is said to allow one to get to the root of all problems and to see and understand the truth behind the illusions. It grounds, centers and stabilises us especially in times of change or in preparation for the state of Meditation. It can give insight and clarity to any situation and can stimulate communication on the higher planes. It enhances one’s patience, reliability and practicality especially during times where major responsibility is required. It increases energy, boosts self-confidence and feelings of self-worth. Physically, Orange Aragonite can be useful in combating chills and bringing warmth to the extremities. It has been known to successfully help with vitamin and mineral deficiencies, help with stress and emotional fatigue and general aches and pains.
BRONZITE
Bronzite is a green or brown colour with a metallic bronze glow and can be found in countries such as India, China, Brazil and Russia. The colour of this crystal brings about a grounding energy, allowing one to focus and be reflective about life. The energy of Bronzite promotes certainty, courage and control and encourages us to take action and be confident with our decision making. It is known as the ‘stone of courtesy’ and provides a loving equitability and unprejudiced discernment within the wearer. It can assist one to be of more value in the areas of service and also in achieving states of certainty. Physically, it can be useful to bring an alkaline body state to the acid condition, ease symptoms of aging, alleviate skin diseases or allergies, eliminate depression and strengthen concentration.
IOLITE
This stone carries a beautiful violet-blue energy and is said to provide a direct link to the soul. It can activate, clear, and open the 3rd eye chakra, stimulating one’s psychic visions and communication with the higher vibratory realms. It balances the male and female aspects of ones character, bringing harmony into all relationships. It allows one to be present and to seize the moment and enjoy it. It is a stone of visionary art, allowing for individuality and creative expression, hence being particularly useful for writers, artists and singers. It can calm an over-active mind and is great for use in meditations. Iolite can provide clarity and help one understand their destiny. Physically, it can enhance the liver, relieve the symptoms of fevers, improve eyesight, help with insomnia and rid the body of toxins.
YELLOW TIGER EYE
Tiger Eye is a member of the Quartz family and comes in a few different colours including blue, red and yellow. Yellow Tiger Eye gives clarity and focus hence, can be useful in meditation. It enhances psychic abilities and can help with the attunement of the third-eye. It can allow one to become more practical and grounded and its bright colour has the ability to bring joy and optimism into one’s life. It balances the yin and yang energies and both the hemispheres of the brain hence bringing in more awareness to one’s needs and the needs of others. Physically, it has been used in the treatment of eye disorders, throat disorders, the reproductive system and aid in night vision. It can also be used to strengthen the alignment of the spinal column and facilitate the mending of broken bones.
SO HOW DO I USE THESE CRYSTALS TO HELP ME?
Crystals can be used in a variety of ways. Here are some common ways to use crystals:

Carry them on you - people put them in their pockets, handbag, bras, or wear them as jewellery (Eg. bracelet), basically anywhere where the crystal will be in the vicinity of your auric field.

Place them in your spaces - put them on your desk, by your bedside, under your pillow, or in a room. You can leave your crystals in different places to promote specific energies for example, placing an Amethyst cluster in your living room can help protect and purify the energy in the space.

Meditate with them - holding a crystal while Meditating can help to focus your energy and intentions. You can also place crystals around you during Meditation to create a crystal grid to protect and amplify your intentions.

Placing them on specific areas of your body where you want the healing - place the crystal on or near specific areas of the body to promote physical, emotional, or spiritual healing in that target area.
When using your crystals, it's important to remember to cleanse them periodically as they are like batteries and will run out of energy and feel depleted over time. There are many ways to cleanse but the simplest method is to run them under water and then place them under the full moon once a month.
