Each organza bag contains 4 different crystals that will be effective in helping with the specific theme of the bag. Get them to help you with your own personal healing or they can also make excellent gifts for that special someone as well.

On the back of each card is a couple of sentences about each crystal and on the inside, the card is blank so if its a gift, you can write a short message for the recipient too (or we can write one for you if you email us to let us know).

YELLOW AVENTURINE
Yellow Aventurine is a member of the Quartz family and is the yellow variety of Aventurine. Mined in India, this stone opens and balances the solar plexus chakra, providing courage, fulfillment and a sense of personal power. It is a great stone for those who have issues with power, control and indecision. It provides joy, optimism and happiness by dispelling all negative attitudes such as anger, resentment and shame. It is a wonderful stone to improve self-confidence and self-esteem and is also helpful to use in intellectual pursuits because it stimulates logic, memory and concentration. Physically, it is helpful in stimulating the nervous system, calming the digestive system, aid skin conditions such as eczema and help with pancreatic and liver disorders.

YELLOW JASPER
Yellow Jasper is just one of many varieties of Jasper.  It appears as an off-yellow colour that can sometimes contain brown, white or black swirls. This crystal works in a subtle way to give a slow and gentle healing.  It has the ability to offer protection and shield one from negativity.  It is associated with the solar plexus chakra, bringing about feelings of happiness and hence a good stone against depression.  It is a great crystal for channeling positive energy and increasing self-esteem, self-confidence, strength and courage.  It can reduce feelings of stress and anxiety and gives clarity of the mind.  Physically, it can energize the endocrine system, increase vitality, release toxins and aid in stomach digestion.

LAVA STONE
Also known as “Basalt”, Lava Stone is an igneous volcanic rock (produced under intense heat) which has solidified from molten lava. It contains the power of fire and is useful in igniting the flames of creativity and passion in our spirit. It gives us the courage to chase our dreams and take on life with a renewed sense of purpose and determination. It is an excellent grounding stone, providing the strength and stability required through times of change. It assists in diminishing the negative aspects of one’s character, promoting positive modifications to one’s behaviour. Due to its porous nature, it has been known to be used in Aromatherapy as an essential oil diffuser. Physically, it can be used in the treatment of the reproductive system and to enhance fertility.

SARDONYX
This crystal is a variety of Onyx and contains a combination of bands of Carnelian, Onyx and Chalcedony. It can help attract friends and bring lasting happiness to marriages and de facto relationships. It is said to bolster self-control, lessen hesitation and improve decision making. Sardonyx can attract good fortune, enhance willpower, courage, integrity, stamina and vigor hence why it was one of the stones used in the breastplate of the High Priest. Place this crystal in each corner of the house, at doors and windows to prevent crime and misfortune. Physically, it heals the lungs, bones and strengthens the immune system. It can also regulate fluid and cell metabolism.

SO HOW DO I USE THESE CRYSTALS TO HELP ME?
Crystals can be used in a variety of ways. Here are some common ways to use crystals:

1. Carry them on you - people put them in their pockets, handbag, bras, or wear them as jewellery (Eg. bracelet), basically anywhere where the crystal will be in the vicinity of your auric field.

2. Place them in your spaces - put them on your desk, by your bedside, under your pillow, or in a room. You can leave your crystals in different places to promote specific energies for example, placing an Amethyst cluster in your living room can help protect and purify the energy in the space.

3. Meditate with them - holding a crystal while Meditating can help to focus your energy and intentions. You can also place crystals around you during Meditation to create a crystal grid to protect and amplify your intentions. 

4. Placing them on specific areas of your body where you want the healing - place the crystal on or near specific areas of the body to promote physical, emotional, or spiritual healing in that target area.

When using your crystals, it's important to remember to cleanse them periodically as they are like batteries and will run out of energy and feel depleted over time. There are many ways to cleanse but the simplest method is to run them under water and then place them under the full moon once a month.
