SOLAR PLEXUS CHAKRA (CINNAMON)
Known in Sanskrit as "Manipura" chakra, the colar plexus chakra is located above the naval and bwlow the chest, in the stomach area. It's corresponding element is fire, therefore it is also known as the sun center or the center of vitality.
This chakra regulates the function of the pancreas and digestive organs and is commonly referred to as the seat of "digestive fire". The solar plexus chakra is associated with clarity, personal power, self-esteem, self-assurance, knowledge, the ability to make good decisions using gut-instinct and wisdom.
