THROAT CHAKRA (LAVENDER)
The throat chakra, known in Sanskrit as "Vishudda" chakra, is the fifth chakra. Located at the center of the neck, at the level of the throat, it governs the mouth, tongue, neck and shoulders. It is the passage of the energy between lower parts of the body and the head.
The function of the throat chakra is driven by the principle of expression and communication. The throat chakra controls our expression of thoughts, ideas, feelings and our ability to communicate them to others and oursleves. This chakras is responsible for our internal and external dialogue to effectively understand and express ourselves.
The throat chakra works in conjunction with the sacral chakra (the chakra of creativity), when creativity and ideas are communicated correctly, they flourish and manifest into reality.
